Your Union is
dedicated to the well-being of it's members and their families.
One way that we meet this goal is to provide our members with a comprehensive
benefit package.
As you will see below, our member's benefit
package includes a broad range of benefits, some provided by the Union
(both the Local and the International) and some provided by
the employer. Those provided by the employer, negotiated into our
three year contracts, are the result of our persistence in struggling
with the employer to provide our members with a fair wage, effective
medical benefits, a safe work environment, job security and realistic
retirement benefits.
